A Roblox player tracker answers two questions you would otherwise sit and refresh a profile to answer: is this player online right now, and when do they next jump into a game? BGC Panel does both. Paste a username for an instant read of their current status, then add them to a watchlist and let the tracker ping you the moment they join, so you never have to babysit a profile tab again.
Is a Roblox user online right now?
The instant check reads a player's live presence and shows it as one of three states: offline, online (signed in but not in a game), or in a game. You also get the account age, alt score and past-username count in the same preview, so a quick look tells you both whether they are around and whether the profile looks trustworthy.
One honest caveat matters here. In November 2024 Roblox stopped showing online status to anyone who is not your friend, unless the account leaves its "Who can join me in experiences?" setting open. Plenty of players keep it open, so their status is still readable, but a locked-down profile will simply read as offline to everyone. The check shows whatever Roblox makes public at that moment, and never guesses.
Get notified when a player joins a game
Watching a status by hand only works while you are staring at it. The tracker removes that chore. Add a player to your watchlist and BGC Panel watches their presence for you around the clock, then alerts you the instant it sees them join a game:
- Join alerts. A ping the moment a tracked player enters a game, with the game name, so you can hop in or simply know they are active.
- Discord and in-panel delivery. Every alert lands as a Discord message in your private channel and as a live alert inside the panel. Turn each channel on or off as you like.
- Optional leave and switch alerts. Choose to also be told when a tracked player leaves a game or switches to a different one, or keep it to joins only.
- A watchlist of players. Add everyone you care about to one list and let the tracker watch them all at once, instead of checking each profile separately.
What Roblox changed about online status
If you used to rely on a profile's "last online" time and noticed it vanish, you are not imagining it. Roblox removed the last-online timestamp from profiles in November 2024, so no tool can honestly show you when someone was last seen anymore. What still works is live presence: whether a player is online or in a game at the moment you look, when their privacy allows it. A tracker turns that live signal into something useful by watching it for you and alerting on the events that matter. The full story is in our guide on whether Roblox removed last online and what you can still see.
How to track a Roblox player
Tracking takes three short steps:
- Find the player. Paste their username above or open their profile to confirm you have the right account.
- Sign in and connect. Create a free account and verify with Discord and Roblox so alerts can reach your private channel and the panel.
- Add them and get pinged. Add the player to your watchlist and pick which events alert you. From then on the tracker does the watching.

FAQ
Can I see if a Roblox user is online?
You can see a player's live status (online, in a game, or offline) when their Roblox privacy allows it. Since November 2024 Roblox hides online status from non-friends unless the account's "Who can join me in experiences?" setting is left open, so a locked-down profile reads as offline. The instant check shows whatever status is publicly visible.
How does the tracker know when someone joins a game?
Once a player is on your watchlist, BGC Panel watches their public presence and alerts you the moment it sees them join a game, by Discord message and live in-panel alert, with optional leave and game-switch alerts.
Can I track a Roblox player who is not my friend?
Yes. You add players by username with no friend request, and the tracker never touches their account. Visibility still depends on their privacy: if a player has hidden their join status, neither a friend nor a tracker can see it.
Is the Roblox player tracker free?
Yes. The instant online check needs no account, and a free sign-up lets you build a watchlist and receive join alerts. Higher watchlist limits are an optional Plus upgrade, never required.
